Entrepreneurship Training Program (ETP) Overview
The Entrepreneurship Training Program (ETP) proudly celebrated its 11th year of
empowering entrepreneurs to lead with confidence, clarity, and strategy.
In 2025, 57 participants from 14 countries successfully graduated from the program, representing a wide range of industries — from construction and food services to technology, consulting, and professional services.
At the midpoint of the program, participants complete a comprehensive business assessment designed to identify growth priorities, short-term objectives, and immediate needs to take their businesses to the next level.
Through SHCCNJ’s trusted network of coaches, each entrepreneur receives expert mentorship in key business areas including finance, accounting, human resources, marketing, sales, public speaking, and business modeling.
The program’s hybrid format expands access statewide, allowing entrepreneurs from South Jersey and neighboring regions to fully participate while continuing to operate and grow their businesses.
