Tatiana Orozco

Tatiana Orozco, ETP and LETS Program Coach, is a U.S.-born Colombian multicultural marketing strategist and the founder of Torozco Digital, a women- and minority-owned agency supporting organizations across the US and Latin America.

She partners with business leaders, marketing teams, and enterprises to develop culturally intelligent strategies that drive growth, strengthen brand relevance, and create meaningful connections with the Hispanic American audience in the U.S. As an agency owner, she leads a team dedicated to helping companies effectively connect with the Hispanic consumer—turning cultural understanding into marketing relevance, inclusive strategies, and measurable business growth.

At the same time, Tatiana is deeply committed to supporting Hispanic entrepreneurs, helping them increase their visibility, strengthen their cultural identity, and thrive as essential contributors to the economy. Through this dual approach, she operates as a strategic bridge—elevating businesses on both sides to engage and grow within multicultural markets.

This work reflects a two-way model: she leads her agency to help companies attract and connect with the Hispanic consumer, while also educating and empowering Hispanic business owners to grow, lead, and compete at a higher level.

As a certified coach trained through NYU and ICF-approved program, she helps individuals identify where they feel stuck, clarify their goals, and define actionable short-term priorities.

Her role within the Chamber reflects the integration of her work through Torozco Digital—overseeing marketing strategy and program development, delivering marketing education to students, and providing leadership coaching plan creation to support their business growth.

Through this approach, she identifies where students need the most support, guiding them in defining their next steps and developing personalized plans aligned with their goals and the broader program vision.
